Privacy Policy
This document is provided as a template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use.
Introduction
Loginics ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-enabled logistics operating system for shippers, brokers, carriers, drivers, factoring companies, and logistics partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (account registration, organization profiles, load details, documents, communications, payment instructions), information generated through your use of the Services (activity logs, device data, location when enabled, audit events), and information from integrations you authorize (ELD, accounting, banking, load boards, messaging providers).
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Services, authenticate users, operate workspaces, process transactions, support dispatch and tracking, detect fraud, comply with law, communicate with you, and develop features including AI-assisted workflows.
Workspace and Organization Data
Organizations control member access, roles, permissions, and operational data within their workspace. Administrators may access data necessary to manage users, billing, compliance, and operational workflows for their organization.
Location, GPS, and Driver Tracking Data
When enabled, we may collect location, telematics, milestone, and route-related data to support dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery, safety, and operational visibility. Drivers and carriers should obtain any required consents before enabling tracking features.
Payment, Wallet, Factoring, and Accounting Data
Financial activity may include wallet balances, payment events, invoices, factoring submissions, escrow records, payroll exports, and accounting entries. Payment processing may involve third-party processors subject to their own privacy policies.
AI and Automation Data Usage
AI features may analyze operational, document, communication, and transaction data to provide recommendations, automation, validation, and analytics. Outputs are assistive and should be reviewed by authorized users before operational or financial decisions.
Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.
User Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export certain information, or to object to specific processing. Contact us to submit a request. We may verify your identity before responding.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated version number. Continued use after changes may require renewed acceptance where applicable.
