These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Loginics websites, applications, APIs, and related services. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be authorized to bind your organization and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.

Organizations manage users, roles, permissions, billing, compliance documents, and operational data. Administrators are responsible for member access and lawful use within their workspace.

You may not misuse the Services, interfere with platform integrity, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, misrepresent identity, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Loginics provides software tools for freight operations. Carriers, brokers, shippers, and drivers remain responsible for compliance with applicable transportation, safety, licensing, insurance, and contractual obligations.

Financial features may involve wallets, escrow, invoices, factoring submissions, advances, and third-party payment rails. Fees, holds, eligibility, and settlement timing may vary. Loginics does not guarantee funding approval or payment timing unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

AI-assisted features provide recommendations and automation based on available data. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete and must be reviewed by qualified users before operational, legal, or financial decisions.

Trust signals, ratings, and Trustics™ TrustScore are informational and may affect visibility or eligibility. Loginics may moderate, remove, or adjust trust content that violates policies or appears fraudulent.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Loginics a license to host, process, display, and use it as necessary to provide the Services, including AI validation and compliance workflows.

Integrations with ELD, accounting, banking, messaging, and other providers are subject to those providers' terms. Loginics is not responsible for third-party outages or data handling outside our control.

Users are responsible for regulatory compliance in their operations, including FMCSA, tax, payroll, privacy, and contract obligations. Loginics may suspend access for suspected violations.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGINICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time subject to outstanding obligations.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued access to the Services.
